A Performance + Recovery session is a bespoke method that blends massage therapy, yoga therapy and functional movement training. Amanda’s approach is the result of years of education and experience, culminating in a holistic method that addresses both performance and recovery.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT TRAINING

Rewire tired movement patterns and your biomechanics to unleash your peak performance using both body weight and external weight.

CUPPING THERAPY

Enhance blood flow to stagnant muscles through cupping therapy, also known as negative compression therapy. Cupping creates space in the layers of the skin, removing toxins, reducing rigidity in connective tissues and promoting profound relaxation.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS
